Part 1: Membership Terms

What your membership includes

Your BrandLytics membership is a recurring program that includes all of the following:

  • Skool community. Full access to the private BrandLytics Skool community.
  • Live training twice a month. Live online training on the 2nd and 4th Thursday of every month, which includes:
    • A breakdown of members' channels by Evan Carmichael.
    • YouTube analytics.
  • BrandLytics software. Includes:
    • Split testing for your YouTube thumbnails.
    • Split testing for your YouTube titles.

Getting started and setup

Your setup and sync instructions are inside BrandLytics Skool, under Classroom > Getting Started. There you will find an email with step by step instructions on how to set everything up.

Questions and updates

If you have any questions, email us at brandlyticstraining@evancarmichael.com. Please add this address to your safe senders or whitelist, because we send important updates from this email and you do not want to miss them.

Billing

BrandLytics is offered as a Monthly Membership at $97.00 USD per month, or an Annual Membership at $970.00 USD per year. Your membership renews automatically at the start of each new period, monthly or yearly depending on the plan you choose, and your payment method on file is charged on your renewal date until you cancel. You will receive an email receipt for every payment.

Cancellation policy

You may cancel at any time. To cancel, you must notify us at least 3 business days before your renewal date (monthly or annual), by email to brandlyticstraining@evancarmichael.com. If your cancellation reaches us at least 3 business days before your renewal date, you will not be charged for the next period. If it reaches us with less than 3 business days notice, your upcoming renewal will still be charged and your cancellation will apply to the following period.

Refund policy

There is no refund if you cancel with less than 3 business days of notice before your renewal date. Because you can cancel at any time with proper notice to stop future billing, payments already processed are non-refundable.

Part 2: Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy outlines how BrandLytics ("we," "our," or "us") collects and uses the user data with our Chrome extension ("the Extension"). We are committed to ensuring the privacy and security of your data. Please read this policy carefully to understand how we collect, use and handle your data.

Google and YouTube Integration

By using BrandLytics services, you agree to comply with the YouTube Terms of Service and the Google Privacy Policy. BrandLytics utilizes YouTube API Services and the YouTube Studio platform to gather and analyze data. Additionally, we employ Google APIs (OAuth) for secure user authentication when necessary.

Data Collection

The Extension collects the following data from YouTube channels/videos of our users when the YouTube Studio page is opened:

  1. Clicks
  2. CTR (Click Through Rate)
  3. Views
  4. Impressions
  5. Watch Time

All client payments are made through an external Stripe form. We DO NOT collect your credit card information, only Stripe has access to it. Through the payment form, we only collect your name and address due to taxation laws.

Data Usage

All the data we collect is used internally as part of our calculation formula with the ultimate goal of providing our users with the correct information on which thumbnail or title performed better on their YouTube video.

Data Retention

According to YouTube's terms, we are refreshing the user data we collect within 30 days and delete it within 30 days once the fresh data is no longer required (example: completed tests).

Data Access & Management

You can revoke BrandLytics access to your Google account at any time via the Google security settings page. This will prevent BrandLytics from making any further remote changes on your YouTube channels.

You can revoke BrandLytics access to your YouTube Studio at any time by disabling or removing the Extension completely. This will prevent BrandLytics from collecting any of your private YouTube data.

You can delete your BrandLytics account and/or all your data we collected and stored via your user profile.

Data Sharing

We DO NOT share the user data we collect with any third parties. All the data we collect is used internally and only visible to our users (data owners).
